Please order online safely and securely through our secure server. Most orders arrive within a few day or a week but please allow for about two weeks for your order to arrive at your door step. Most orders ship FEDEX ground and you’ll receive tracking information emailed to you the day it ships unless you have a gmail or yahoo account, then sometimes their new spam filters will delete it before you get it. If you don’t see your order within a few weeks, please email us and we will check into it for you 🙂


We ship FEDEX Ground on larger sized packages and USPS for smaller orders to USA Customers and United States Postal Service for International orders. Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and International buyers pay a flat shipping cost or email us for a shipping quote..

We try hard to ship FAST. Most orders go out the door right away and some within a few days after your order is placed. Complete boards are made to order so please be patient. Quality counts here at Fun Box and we like to make the best boards possible which means each order is handled with care. You should receive tracking information to the email address that you provided once your order is ready to be shipped. Tracking is available on FEDEX orders only and is sent through the FEDEX servers so it does not always make it to your email box. If don’t see your order within a few weeks after you placed it, please email us and we will look it up in our system and see where it is.


FEDEX shipments are provided with good tracking information. The US Post Office usually records that your package has been received by USPS but likely they won’t publish any further information until after it arrives at your door.

If there is a problem with your order, you may return any items in un-ridden and unused condition within 30 days of your transaction date. We will gladly exchange it, issue store credit or refund your order less shipping costs. YOU MUST notify us by email that your package is being returned so we can track it.
